Emboldened by the success of our Eclectic Gin last summer, we have decided to dare even more when it comes to gin while at the same time leaving our signature. We want our gin syndicates to stand out from the pack in terms of both looks and taste while at the same time be fitting with the mood of the season.
In preparation for Christmas we could not help ourselves from thinking of the mix of traditions that run among our families. Hence we decided to develop a line of gins that combine the British tradition of high tea with the Italian aperitivo. We decided to call this project “High Tea Collection” and to begin with, we developed The Smoky One: a gin that could be a trusted companion for the buttery salmon and caviar canapés that are likely to chase us for most of the coming month.
We’ve kept it as simple as possible for you: 5cl of The Smoky One mixed with a 20cl bottle of classic tonic water on ice and that’s it. After all, we wouldn’t want to turn our gin and tonic into a soup now would we?
Apart from Macedonian juniper berries, the Smoky One’s key botanicals are cardamom, sweet orange zest, raisins, cinnamon and cloves. Being part of the “High Tea Collection”, the gin has been infused with our secret blend of teas which gives the gin its mahogany colour reminiscent of autumn foliage and Christmas spices.
Staying true to our company DNA, the Smoky One will also be syndicated and will be produced in a single batch of approximately 63 bottles at 46% ABV. As such, all syndicate members will have their names on the rear label of the final product.
Last but not least, buyers of this syndicate will benefit from a 15% discount by pre-ordering at least 2 bottles and a 20% for orders of at least 6 bottles.
