Shipping policy

Delivery timeframe

  1. At Lloyd’s Liquid Sunshines we aim to deliver your bespoke bottles to the address of your choosing within 45 calendar days of the syndicate’s closing date.
  2. In periods of peak activity at 3rd party bottling sites (e.g. September-December) delivery times may be extended by additional 30 calendar days.
  3. Please note that customs can play a big role in slowing down the delivery process. This is out of our control.
  4. All our bottles are shipped using 100% recyclable cardboard boxes specially made to carry wines & spirits to guarantee utmost protection while complying with stringent environmental regulation. 

Shipping destinations and carriers

  1.     We ship to Italy and non-EU countries with DHL Express.
  2.     We ship to the European Union countries with MBE.

Shipping rates

  1.    Deliveries to Italy are free of charge regardless of order size
  2.    For all other destinations shipping costs will depend on the volume of the order as per chart below:

Refunds and returns

  1. Our bottlings are subject to article 59, letters “c” and “g” of the Italian Consumer Code (“Exception to the right to rescind”) notwithstanding articles 52-58 of the same Code.
  2. In the unlikely event of receiving an incomplete order and/or broken bottle(s) please write to lls@lloydsliquidsusnhines.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel that includes:
    1. order number
    2. (where applicable) picture(s) of the damaged items
    3. signed courier receipt indicating “damaged shipment” at the moment of delivery

Upon receiving your claim, we shall take up to 14 days to examine it and proceed to the refund of the missing/damaged goods.
